The Great Blue Heron Company has been in business since 1991 as a high end western furniture and accessory company.  Our goal is to set the standard in quality and in design for the western and contemporary western furniture and to offer products that are truly unique. Great Blue Heron upholstery ranges from classically styled oversized frame designs to more contemporary and minimal, all of which are upholstered with rich, enduring fine leathers, fabrics, and hair-on-hides. 

Great Blue Heron proudly manufactures our upholstered furniture from the frame up right here in Texas with sourced leathers and hides from all over the world. We go to great lengths to procure only the highest quality leathers, exotic & hair on cowhides.  All of our leathers are full or top grain, and all of our cowhides are tanned in Brazil at a tannery that is widely recognized as the best tannery of its type in the world.
