Introduction

At Great Blue Heron Furniture, we take immense pride in crafting unique, high-quality furniture pieces. Each item is made to order with attention to detail and an appreciation for the natural variations in cowhides and top-grain leathers.

1. Custom Furniture Returns

Because each custom furniture item is built to order and inherently one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns on custom furniture. We encourage all customers to review product images carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchase. We are happy to provide additional photos or physical leather and cowhide samples upon request to ensure confidence in your selection.

2. Accessory Item Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If any accessory item (non-custom furniture) does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept a return or offer a replacement.

Please note the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receipt.
- A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned accessory items.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives with visible damage, we are here to help. Please:
- Inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
- Photograph any damage to packaging or products.
- Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Provided we are notified in a timely manner, we will gladly work with you to repair, replace, or refund any item damaged in transit.
