Great Blue Heron strives to produce unique and high quality items. We have tried very hard to show detailed photos and will be happy to answer any questions or send physical leather samples before purchase of any of our furniture. As our products are built to order and are inherently unique due to variations in both cowhides and top grain leathers, we do not accept returns on any of our custom furniture items. However, we will happily replace or refund any accessory items that does not meet our customers' expectations.
Any damages incurred during shipping should be noted and as long as Great Blue Heron is notified within 48 hours of receipt, we will happily work with you to replace or refund due to freight damages. Please note and photograph any package or product damage immediately upon receipt to help with the damage claim process.
