Why Are Lead Times Longer Than Usual?

We are very thankful for our customers continued support and are always as transparent as possible about lead times. We manufacture all of the upholstered furniture on this site and have several contributing factors to longer lead times. General international shipping and supply chain issues resulting from increased demand and lingering Covid complications are affecting our internal lead time on certain leathers, electrical components, and steel components. General domestic supply chain issues are increasing cost and lead times for our domestic wood, foam, and mechanism deliveries.  Thankfully we have also seen an unbelievable increase in demand, so on top of the above, we are also at absolute max volume within our factory. We are doing everything possible to decrease our internal manufacturing time and are working hard to control what we can in regards to external suppliers. 

In addition to our upholstered furniture lead times, our accessory items have longer than usual lead times as well. Many of our retail partners are experiencing their own version of the above issues. 

Please pay close attention to the advertised lead time on all items, we will continue to do our best to meet those times and as always, please give us a call with any questions.
